    timber frames usually get a skin of bricks\blocks over here jay our climates are a bit different me thinks,and hello and welcome.

    hi chancer what part are you from doubt if climate varies that much winter gets down to - or mainly 0 summer up to 32 i think its simular cheers and thanks

    the midlands mate,i think its more to do with the fact that it rains quite a lot and high water tables means we spend a lot of time keeping out the damp!

    had quite a bit of rain this year about 3 times the norm keep an eye out for blue boarding it will come your way its cheap and we all know about cheap stuff cheers

    most of my work is to boards mate,but your right thats the way we are heading,already half way there with the morters all tight coat work and bucket coats,what sort of finnish do you use mate,we seem to be leaving dash and scrape renders behind for acrlic textures ,be nice to see a bit of what you do,got any links or photos cause im a bit interested mate,cheers.

    we use the same gear then mate,most of my works to eifs,look here http://www.wbs-ltd.co.uk/silicone.htm you will have to copy an past that unless a friendly mod can sort the link.
