before we start, hi, and first , diplomas are worth less than the paper they are printed on. i teach 16+ yr olds in solid and fibrous plasterwork level 1+2, at a councils training facility, and i'm also the plastering instructor, and assess on-site nvqs, when required, when i first joined this site i was looking for more challenging questions to ask my students than the diplomas require, to get them ready for that big wide world out there, there is no better experience or knowledge than site work itself which ive been accostomed to for a long time now, and dont plan on going back, ime currently half way through my pgce and as i said before, if i can help anybody with any questions that they have, feel free to ask. hope this answers youre question. happy new year.
