Monolithic means Into one another... thats why i do my second pass very quickly so it goes into first pass... anyway mate never had one knack up yet...

I get the point about the eifs work starting to boom now... i have priced up loads of it... the most recent is 35 garages around the UK all steel frame with 350 m2 of eifs facades in each one... nice if i get them??? trouble is the prices are very tight now the manufacturers are saying to go in at £65.00 per m2... well if anything goes wrong with these prices there is no profit in it at all... as i have to cover travel time and digs for the lads... what you pricing eofs up at ???

google monolithic rs an educate yourself,it means as a single crystal ie monalith a single stone ,monalithic renders and plasters work by going on in one coat and drying as one coat, scratch plaster should be put final coat 10 mm+ ready to rule in one!not a couple of 5 mm swipes like it was hardwall =else you get those nasty little circles that i bet youve been seeing a lot of
on the efs my firm will go to 55 a yard if theres enough yards say 2k+ on the other hand i did some 120 a yard last year all depends what your quoting for!
