Can someone tell me if you have done a course their and how it was im looking to retrain

They are not accreditated so you have no chance whatsoever in getting qualifications with them. I buys my venetian from goldtrowel and I seen good stuff going on their.

Iv started my course now and it is an accredited centre I'm doing an NVQ Diploma so thanks for your reply but it seems your mistaken about them i recommend to anyone who wants to become a plasterer.

Ok, well lets see how quick you get your nvq.Soo me point is when will you get yr nvq. You will not get it wiv um, they will not assess you their, they won't come out to u because funding is not there you will hav 2 pay extra, ask them, I know, and if you ain't doing more than 20 metres on a ceiling then you will be lost on site.Clairifies with them and ask them the questions.

They have enroled me and said my portfolio and assesment is not their its on site im working with a plastering frend of a frend. they didnt tell me about funding iv paid my self.

You haven't paid for it at all. So whose assessing youu onsite, have you done cscs, take itt from me you will be lost out there if it ain't done right, time served plasterers will tell you that tooo. sO HOW MUCH RENDERING YOU DOING WHAT ARE THE MIXES ALL THIS YOU NEED TO KNOW. i STILL THING YOU ARE MISLEAD.You should have your porfolio from them and you should also be having induction as I did with another centre, meet your assessor and which units you will be covering.

I have had my interview and met the assessor but after what you said i checked out their CENTRE NO :13463 and it is all good the instructors their are allso time served and professional in all areas of plastering i have learnt a lot and will be starting with my mate next week but thank you for your advice and i know i made the right choice.

As gunner said who is assessing you, because take it from me I think it aint gunna happen, the qualification alone alone cost 1500 pound and the IV who ever it is will pick up on it. Be very careful where you are I also think it's not right. As he said have you got your portfolio and if so you should have sign up papers passport, NI H & S Test done, that's what we have all done. But as gunner said, I still think it doesn't make sense. Ta
