Mixers Gentlemen (and Ladies if present),
My first post. I need to buy a mixer for plastering (also to be used for tiling mixes and small amounts of mortar).
I've narrowed the choices to:
Berg EHR160BEL @ £258 inc vat
Perles ME1250E @ £270 inc vat
Belle-Promix 1600E @ £172 inc vat.
Any comments, suggestions, etc will be greatly appreciated.
Now, I'm going to take a shower, then I'm going out to get pretty (not totally) legless.
Thank you, Chaps.

Re: Mixers Whitebeam,
Thank you for the link, mate. Really decent.
When making comparisons, what are the key indicators - power, output, capacity? It's a bit confusing.

Re: Mixers seems to be the case that the faster drill speeds not always best thing to look for is the higher torque witch in turn gives a more powerfull drill,in the areas of what you describe as usage you would possibley be better with a two speed mixer givin high torque low speed for thicker materials and higher speeds for thinner, refina will probley meet you needs but beware pricey.

Re: Mixers smaller mix smaller mixer methinks,if your only ever going to do a two bag mix get a smaller drill ie an mm19/2 from whitebeams link,(top class tools. imho)the big mixers are a bit brutal for bucket mixes!
