has any one done buisnes with quality building services thy offer you work but want£200 up front sounds dodgy to me

not heard of them personally but most likely another company willing to take your more and do nothing to help you out. save yourself a fortune and get leaflets printed out offering your services, put on your walking boots and get littering people letter boxes, sure i read this a while back that people saw a 1-2% suceess rate in getting calls for quotes... so for every thousand posted that equates to roughly between 10-20 interested folk calling for quotes better than sitting around relying on an unknown company to do nothing on yourbehalf but happy to take £200.

another idea, checkout UK's number one property website for properties for sale and to rent see which houses have been sold within the last 6 months or so and dish out some flyers/leaflets through their letter boxes, chances are theres something they aren't happy with and want some work doing

sounds iffy to me to mate,prolly better off with mr spoons route,200 buffs will get you a boat load of flyers and theres plenty of agencies who put you on their books for nowt!
