workout?
for ages now ive been wanting to workout and get fit etc so ive finally decided im going to start running and doing some weights, so i bout a weight bench with some weights, then i went into town to visit Mr Argos to buy a barbell/dumbell + weights set. so i picked them up and off i trotted happy as larry for about 100 yards then they just seemed to get heavier and heavier! never again am i walking through town carrying that lot, i must have looked a complete muppet struggling carrying these two little boxes
wish i took the lass up on her offer of a lift to my car now.
and to toast me getting fit and in shape im having a curry and bitter night
Bass bitter, oh yes!
anyone else go to the gym or anything?

Re: workout?
spoony.done the weights for long time, great if combine with overall fitness no probs but once you start putting some size on especially the arms watch how soon you tire when doing as ceiling, arms get pumped to death.feels like first ceiling you ever did.

Re: workout?
I used to be a regular at the gym but really struggle to find time now. Might get a multigym for the new house.
