Default balls ups

comon then lads whats the biggest job youve messed up?ive made some peaches over the years, some decent ones this week! so ill start the ball rolling, bout 15 years ago my guv gives us a pair of bungalows to dash ,hes going to spain for a few weeks so sort it out your selves, all mats from a big site were doing local so no ordering anything, specs an eglington scratch an poly dash hard fixed stainless plastic tiped beads(about £12 a pop at the time!).
so we did the deed ,a nice dash in white backin an 50/50 b&w spar, looked well untill the clark informed us it was supposed to be county cream set with sunburst yellow stone!oops re-bead an start again and a pat on the back for loosin the boss a few grand!
or dont you make mistakes???

Mine was a floor screed 20years+, Was in a panic to get the job finished and rushed it. Did'nt check my levels to well in a room and realised that the concrete was not level and sloping, Oh my god what a mess.
The screed was quite thin at one end

Not my finest
